Artificial tooth roots that are used to complete missing teeth are called implants. They are produced from metals that passed bio-compatibility tests as proven by scientific tests. Superstructure porcelains are applied by placing different spacers on the implant. Superstructure porcelains can be metal crown bridges or metal-free porcelain types used in the aesthetic dentistry.
